The '''Desne Biozone''' are one of the biomes of [[Hoxxes|Hoxxes IV]], located in the north-west of the planet. As the name suggests, they consist of caverns filled with lots of large (although worthless) crystals.

They have lots of big, open chambers, connected by tunnels. The crystals produce natural light, making the caves easier to navigate than other biomes. The rock making up the caves is sturdy, meaning it takes three hits for it to give way.

The Desne Biozone are one of the biomes of Hoxxes IV, located in the north-west of the planet.

Hazards

The biome-specific hazard for the Crystalline Caverns are electrified crystals, which are charged with electricity, quickly dealing large amounts of contact damage to, and slowing anyone who comes into contact with them. Additionally, they occasionally shoot out bolts of electricity, connecting to other electrified crystals in close proximity.

Enemies

Any enemies can be encountered in the Crystalline Caverns, including Spitball Infectors, Cave Leeches and Glyphid Dreadnoughts.

Vegetation

The Crystalline Caverns are very barren in terms of vegetation, as they are entirely made out of rock.

Ores

As with every biome, some of the ores which can be found in the Crystalline Caverns are determined by the mission type, such as Morkite, Aquarq or Hollomite. The crafting materials found in the Crystalline Caverns are Jadiz Jadiz and Bismor Bismor, with Jadiz being abundant, and Bismor being scarce.
