The Cave Cruiser is a docile member of the Naedocyte family. They seem to mostly just float around sucking up static charge from the surroundings, and being mostly oblivious to the happenings around it. Harmless.
Naedocyte Cave Crusiers cannot directly damage the player in any way.
Tips
If far enough away from the walls and roof of the cave, players can stand on top of the Cruiser and use it as a floating platform, making them immune to melee damage. Caution should be taken that the Cave Cruiser isn't accidentally killed, doesn't approach any surfaces, and that no ranged enemies are targeting the player.
