Upon reaching a certain age, the Septic Spreader will migrate to the Cerulean Cove, where it will undergo a strange metamorphosis. The Milky Leaky Spreader is just as disgusting as its juvenile self, but much larger and tougher to kill. Its septic goo has evolved alongside it, now taking on the appearance of a white, milky substance, hence the name. Unfortunately, this substance will leak out from wounds to the delicate sac on its back, leaving trails of dangerous sticky white goo wherever it goes.

Milky Leaky Spreader are mature versions of the more common Glyphid Septic Spreaders. They are tougher and more dangerous than the Septic Spreaders, as, in addition to their almost identical already-dangerous ranged attack, they feature a much larger health pool, and taking damage will result in them leaving a dangerous milky trail behind them, which will linger for a while and pose a hazard to any dwarves that touch it. They can only be found in the Cerulean Cove. Their ranged attack is a sticky white colour, but is otherwise identical to the standard septic spreader attack.

Milky Leaky Spreaders can be easily identified by their bright white glow, and their larger size in comparison to standard Septic Spreaders.

Combat

Glyphid Milky Leaky Spreader are incredibly dangerous due to the fact that their projectiles linger for a short while, damaging any player that steps on it. Moreover, even when killed, the Septic Spreader would explode, expelling even more of its sticky milk around its corpse. Caution must be taken when facing them.

Trivia

• The Milky Leaky Spreader's projectiles mirrors the effect of the Corrosive Sludge Pump, so care must be taken to not be grouped together in a tight corridor when facing them.
• Much like the Septic Spreader, it cannot have its head blown off with a killer headshot.
• Due to milk being considered an elven drink, your character will be turned into a Loot Elf if killed by the corrosion effect of the Milky Leaky Spreader. This effect is purely cosmetic and disappears upon revive.
