The LOK-1 Smart Rifle is an unlockable primary weapon for the Engineer. It is a heavily modified submachine gun with a normal fire mode and an additional fire mode that locks onto enemies and fires a barrage of homing bullets. There is wiring across the top of it and a grip has been added to the front. The magazine is see-through and sports a ring on the bottom.
Modifications
There are five tiers of modifications and each tier has two to three upgrades. Only one modification can be equipped per tier.

Overclock calculations happen after modifiers. Eraser (Clean)
- +12 magazine size
- +6 max locks
Armour break module (Clean)
- More damage to armour when all locks are engaged.
Seeker Rounds (Balanced)
- Locked shots always hit their targets and ignore armour
- +33% lose lock threshold
- Slower burst RoF (stats panel does not say how much)
- +0.5s reload time
Explosive Chemical Rounds (Balanced)
- The last shot triggers an explosion on enemies with more than 3 locks.
- -5 damage
- -36 ammo
Neuro-Lasso (Unstable)
- Locked-on targets get slowed (and the more locks you have, the slower they get)
- Slower target acquisition: +75% time to lock on
- Limited lock duration
- -6 maximum simultaneous locks
Executioner (Unstable)
- Significant weakpoint damage bonus when all locks are engaged
- -50% lock-on time
- -6 max locks
- -12 max ammo
- -12 magazine size
