This region is characterized by warm and damp cave systems, occasionally blowing a warm, sweet wind. The surface rocks are made up of slimy gelatinous material, capable of dissolving and absorbing living organisms. Keep your distance, lest you want to become part of the walls yourself.
— Ingame description

Cerulean Cove is one of the biomes of Hoxxes IV. It was one of two new biomes added in Season 6: Corporate Expansion.

Enemies[]

Most Glyphids can be encountered in the Cerulean Cove, including Spitball Infectors, Cave Leeches, and Glyphid Dreadnoughts. Unique to this region will be the Mactera Boohb Bomber and Glyphid Milky Leaky Spreader, both of which exhibit an albino-like appearance and attack with close to color and odor-less goo shots, status effects so far unknown. There will also be a unique variant of the Tar Hog Nexus, called the Cerulean Swine Nexus.

Ores[]

As with every Biome, some of the Ores that can be found in the Desolate Hollows are determined by the mission type, such as Morkite and Aquarq. The crafting materials found there are unique, in that there are two heavy crystal minerals, unlike most biomes which only have one at most. They are Enor Pearl Enor Pearl and Jadiz Jadiz, with Jadiz being abundant and Enor Pearls being scarce. Another peculiarity of the Cerulean Cove is Purple Nitra and Purple Sugar, as well as Soft Morkite. The specifics of these new minerals are as of now unknown, though presumably will have some relation to new mechanics introduced in Season 6 of the performance pass.
